01. The Challenge
Our client faced a common yet critical challenge: effectively tracking staff attendance, activity, and real-time geographic location—especially for teams working remotely or across multiple sites. Traditional attendance systems lacked the flexibility and precision needed to monitor when and where employees were checking in. The goal was to build a solution that not only ensured accountability and accurate timekeeping but also provided insights into staff movement and productivity throughout the day.
02. The Solution
To address this challenge, we developed a comprehensive Smart Attendance system that includes both a mobile app for staff and a web-based dashboard for managers. The mobile app allows employees to check in and out, log their activities, and share their real-time geo-location. On the other side, the web app empowers managers to monitor staff attendance, track daily activities, and assign or create tasks in real time. This solution ensures greater transparency, improved workforce accountability, and streamlined operations across all teams, regardless of location.
